Welcome to the EMCEE Battle hosted by Kold Kut Productions and EMCEE Nikii!

Registration Details

Register by May 1st 2005
Phase 1 (Off Line Judging) Begins May 2nd 2005
Phase 2 (Online Voting) Begins May 6th 2005
Contest Ends May 16th 2005

If you agree with all of the Contest Rules below, send your information along with a $5 entry fee to Kold Kut Productions.
In the message, include your full name, stage name, age, and address.

We will then send you an email explaining that you have been properly registered. We will also inlcude information on how to download the Official Battle Track and remind you of the deadline for submitting your entry.

Our judges will then pick the top 5 entries and post them on Koldkut.com. It will then be upto the visitors of the site to pick the winner. If by the end of battle you have the most votes, you win.

Prizes

1. A *free Master Use License of the Kold Kut Productions track of your choice.
2. A $25 prize.
3. Your stage name engraved into the online "EMCEE SHRINE" on Koldkut.com.
4. All winners will be considered to appear on a Hip-Hop Compilation to be released by Kold Kut Productions.

Contest Rules

1. Only entries that have been submitted on time from contestants that have been properly registered for the battle will be reviewed and considered for the contest.

2. Your entry must be submitted by e-mail to nikiino1hoop@yahoo.com in mp3 format and must be recorded over the official battle beat designated for the contest or it will not be reviewed.

3. Entries containing racial slurs, or hate towards a particular group or organization will be disqualified from the contest.

4. By entering the contest you agree that Kold Kut Productions is not responsible for your lyrics or actions you performed during the creation of your song.

5. By entering the contest you agree that if you are pronounced the winner, it is your option to collect any of the prizes.

6. By entering the contest you agree that if you are pronounced the winner, all prizes have to be collected within 1 month of the date you are announced the winner on http://www.koldkut.com/theshrine.html or you forfeit any or all prizes not yet collected.

*7. You understand that The Master Use License prize does not exclude Kold Kut Productions from collecting royalties on the track you select. KoldKut Productions retains 100% of all publishing and copyright rights for the instrumental.

8. By entering the contest you give Kold Kut Productions the right to play your submitted song on www.koldkut.com free of all charges and royalties.

9. We need at least 5 contestants for there to be a competition. If we receive less than 5 registrations, we will refund the money to everyone who had already registered for the existing contest.

10. You must agree with all the rules listed on this page in order to enter the contest.
